Synopsis: Tokyo’s criminal underworld, while hidden from daylight, has never managed to stay beneath the streets of Kabukichō. Gang wars frequently spill into the public eye much to the morbid delight of onlookers and tourists. It can be seen as horrific, sadistic or even fascinating but what everyone agrees on is that it can be a damn good show.

For those living within the world of the Yakuza the story is a lot different.

Nobody is what they seem and everybody is running from something; police, assassins or a meddling private investigator with too many questions. The only thing that can be taken as god-honest truth is that when the lives of a wanted computer hacker and a tough talking counterfeit artist collide, nothing will ever be the same and the streets will feel the vibrations for years to come.

I can't remember who it was by or what it was called, but it was about the beginning of Diru, Kaoru x Toshiya...

....

Ugh ok that's a pretty lame description... Like Kaoru recruiting Toshiya to be in dir en grey and all that, I remember a LOT of focus on Toshiya's hair for example...

Alright, this might be a bit difficult...cuz I don't remember the writer or the title...but it's HizumixShou(not many of these are around, sadly XD), and it's like a series of drabbles. I think i've seen it posted in this community before but I cannot be sure....and I'm just dying to read it again...(should have saved it in my computer...I know...) Two things:

1- I've got the chance for some free Japanese lessons which I assume I could build up a bit more speaking practice from. I do believe, however, by the time they start, I'll be past the "basic" Japanese level and will want to do the "Level Two" course they offer there rather than "Level One". Has anyone else done anything similar and do they have any advice for me?

2- I've been trying to find good Japanese music for awhile (I dislike a lot of jpop and visual kei) and thought I'd share my findings:
